Backyard Baby and Bella Butterfly Now Available!

It seems like it's been such a long road from Project Selvage to this point, but I'm excited to announce that my debut collections with Michael Miller are now available! Following are a few links where you can find them online, but check your local shops too. If they don't have it, you can request it!

There's no better feeling or compliment than seeing something someone made from my fabric, so if you make something, please, please, please send me a pic (or a link), I'll be dying to see it! :D

  1. Such fabulous designs! At Michael Miller's site, you can see them all; and you can search retail stores in your area that carry them. http://www.michaelmillerfabrics.com/MMF/Swatch.cfm?&Kwds=Patty+Sloniger

  5. Hi Patty, I have just discovered you and your new fabric line and I'm in love!!! I have a little clothing boutique for girls and boys (www.facebook.com/luciestreasures) and I have decided to use your fabrics in my spring/summer line for this year!
Do you know if fabric.com will be carrying it?
I can't wait to order some and start sewing! I will definitely share some pictures then ;)

  6. I was looking for somethimg special to make my godsons baby who is arriving in Feb and I found your bsackyard line over at Hawthorns. My favorite is the bugs in jars and the ants. I got 8 yards of 8 different scenes because I didnt know how I want to design it yet. But one touch of it and I want to make my clothes with it. I love it so much I am scared to cut it. I will send you a pic after I get it done I am going to try and incorporate them all. It is vert artistic, just looking at it seems to make it move.

  7. Hi Lucie, I'm so glad you found my collection and I'm very excited to see what you make with it for your boutique! I'm not sure if fabric.com will be selling it, but they do seem to carry a lot of Michael Miller Fabrics so there's a good possibility, I'll see if I can find out. And thank you Lisa for your lovely comment, I have some fabric in my stash I like so much that I'm afraid to cut into it too, so I'll take that as the highest compliment! I look forward to seeing your pic!!

  11. I found Backyard Baby last week at at "Scarlet Threads" in Georgia and bought some of every fabric in the line. I'm not really a fabric line kinda gal but this one really spoke to me. My son and wife are adopting a baby boy and this will be perfect in his special room at Grandma's house. Thanks for designing something both sweet and fun and with such pretty colors.

  12. I am head over heels in love with Backyard Baby!!!!!!!!!!!! I stumbled upon this beautiful collection by accident on fabricworm.com and ordered a half-yard bundle. I'm so excited to make a quilt for my son using these gorgeous fabrics!!!!!! It's nice to find boyish fabrics that aren't... what's the word... annoying! Your's are beautiful and I've shown them to everyone who has come over to visit and they all agree with me!

  13. Loving Backyard Baby! I voted for it last year on Spoonflower and now I am using it. It can be difficult to find cute boy's fabric and I love Bug Jars!

You mentioned you wanted to see items sewn from this line and I have just listed this in my Etsy shop:

    Keep up the great work!
