This week's fabric design contest over at Spoonflower is gonna' be a doozy! The theme is "Birds" and it's a restricted palette: black, white, teal and artist's choice (great idea, by the way), and I've already seen some pretty spectacular entries.

For those of you not familiar with it, the first day of voting always opens on a Thursday around 11 am, when they announce the winners from the previous week, "Bowling" in this case. You can click here to get to their contests page.
It was a bit challenging working within the restricted palette, I kept wanting to add another color! So, to satiate that urge, I created some additional colorways.
